– No guests other than those listed on the reservation allowed without prior permission.
– Quiet hours start at 10pm and end at 8am 7 days per week. Please respect our neighbor’s by keeping the noise level to minimum at night. We are on good terms with our neighbors and do not want complaints.
– Please do not use confetti or glitter. If found in home, additional cleaning fees may apply.
– No candles please.
– Do not touch the Wi-Fi routers.
– Please close and lock all doors when you leave.
Penalities for the following:
**Stolen Towels: £10 per towel, no matter the size
**Smoking in the home: £100
**Late checkout Past 11:00am without our consent: £50
**Excessive Guests (unapproved) beyond reservation: £50 per guest
**Excessive Cleaning if place is left filthy with trash everywhere: £50

*Security Cameras monitor this property – this means we can see if more guests than expected enter the property without our consent
*The property is sprayed regularly for pests and ants. However, sometimes it’s nearly impossible to keep every bug or ant out. You are acknowledging this when booking with us.
